Some questions... What do you eat before games, how long do you stretch. What do you do after games? I played for the 1st time in 3 years a competetive game, and I can hardly move my left leg off the ground, I think I pulled something Anyway, I felt sick after about 40 minutes, but I ate quite a large dinner. Burgers, Chicken, Salad, etc. Not a great meal before a game.
