I guess it is just my computer with these feeds because they are terrible. It's brand new and my internet connection is fine. Any ideas or things I could do to seek help?

It could be the source. It is a bit choppy now but from what I have it is far from unwatchable.

As for the feeds, the Devils one works very well even in Europe.

I remember when NBC (I think) broadcast a Jets-Dolphins game on national TV without announcers. It got quite a deal of attention at the time -- early 80s.
