It's a huge reason why the A's have put it in cruise control since getting out to a huge lead. Why risk injury when seeding means nothing after the dumb wc round?

Not only is this happening, but the teams didn’t know this at the trade deadline when it may have been more helpful to know.

Best of 3 really punishes teams with balanced rotations, favouring teams that have a bona fide ace on their staff. What can you do though? Just the way it is.
