Kessel was a little better offensively, but Pavelski was sooooo much better defensively.

Going with Kessel, but it's no easy call. Pavelski is incredibly versatile and does it all at a high level. Kessel has incredible offensive skill that Pavelski lacks and has been very consistent. Their peaks are close, but Kessel wins for maintaining a high level for longer.
