Having seen where Derrick Pouliot and Tyler Wotherspoon have gone, one thing I tend to note is that it may not be a big surprise that the year the Hawks made the Memorial Cup final was the year Seth Jones was with the team. Not that Matthew Dumba hurt in his one year. A fair amount of the defense from those teams was simply the Winterhawk attack keeping teams on their heels. That's how well-oiled that machine was.

Heck, Bjorkstrand was rarely more than a 2nd liner on those teams. He was the guy with the size (once his frame filled out), however.
