omg.. .this thread is hilarious. This move was lauded in the basketball community. With also signing Kanter, Derk Jones and Giles they just went from some of the worst depth in the league to the best
The Rockets traded all star caliber Clint Capela away for Covington, he is an analytics darling in this era and has extremely high value

The team is stacked and most experts have them top 5 in the west now.

Still, you'd think there would be a better player available for that package.

There is no feasible better player available with such a solid cap hit that will fit the team's needs and compete window
