Don't know who Red Kelley is and although I never saw Harvey play he seems like one of the most overrated players of all time.

Toronto
Doug Harvey is one of the greatest D-men of all time. But, the question is phrased weirdly. Red Kelly is one of the best ambassadors the sport of hockey has had in Toronto alongside Jonny Bower. When I was a kid, I got to meet Red at St. Mike's arena while there for a camp, he just came by the rink to hang out, and showed me his Leafs cup rings. He also did endless charity events and promotional stuff. I've seen him signing autographs out front of the ACC's entrance from Union Station.

So, I'm not going to vote. Harvey is the better player, but since the question is favorite, I couldn't go against Red.
