It’s been really great seeing a breakout for 23 games of throw the puck to a guy standing still at the center ice line or to a guy standing still at the halfboards. Either way, it’ll probably be a turnover.
How can the team have watched this low reward/high risk style for 23 games and not seen how bad it is? It would be difficult to design a system that is less beneficial while still vaguely resembling an actual strategy.
It's just totally bizarre. I really can't imagine why shithead (I will hereafter always refer to him as shithead) ever thought this could work.
