Yep, it's Charron. Charron had it for years but gave it up to Jokinen before reclaiming the title once again.
At this rate there is a very good chance Bouwmeester takes it from him.
Charron wasn't just lucky, IMO. He was often one of his team's highest scorers, and the highest scorers often end up with the best goal differential on the team. But he was so brutal defensively that he ended up with an awful career adjusted +/-. He deserves some of the blame for never making it.
