As a Leaf fan living near the city of Ottawa, we always stick to family friendly chirps. The two we are thinking of this year are "Where is Karlsson?" for obvious reasons and "Thank You Melnyk" to thank him for destroying a divisional rival. The chant "This is our House" has continued to be used over the years, and will likely be used again this year. In the past we used the "Where is Alfie?" chirp when he left the Sens to go to Detroit.
For Leaf chants, beside the classic "Go Leafs Go" we were thinking of a Tulo style chant for JT.
