Well, duh obviously they're not interested, they think Klopp or Guardiola will beg them to sign them....
Of course they should be interested. Not sure either coach is, but they should beg them to sign with their team.

And no, no assistant would do worse.
Heck I could coach this team and not do worse.

Uhmmm...

Well it couldn’t last into next season could it?

This far into his tenure, if they fail to secure a European spot, which is very likely, would they really keep him on for next season, even if there aren’t suitable replacements out there?

Yeah, he has no choice to say that, but everyone with a brain knows they have no chance. More likely to finish 8th than 4th.

Honestly I think the worst part about Mou’s press conferences is that he talks about United like a low budget mid table club punching above its weight class.

The reason it looks like Liverpool has more talent is becuase he’s made terrible buys and has terrible tactics that make the least of the buys he has made. It’s no ones fault but his that he’s in this situation.

The reason it looks like Liverpool has more talent is because they do. Poor buys factor into that, but it's separate and aside from the other issues United have at the moment (Liverpool having more talent, that is).

United have very little talent on their squad to begin with. Mou did have them punch above their weight last year (well at least DDG did).

Only DDG, Rashford Pogba and Martial would get consistent minutes on the other top 6 clubs.

Lol.
We saw Pogba Martial Herrera Lukaku Mata or Sanchez shine under other coaches.
So they suddenly suck or the coach makes them suck?
Meanwhile Salah Firmino Mane VVD Robertson Wij and all are having their best season under Klopp but that's because they're suddenly Uber talented.

That's not how football works. Very few players can shine under a shitty coach. While good players can seem great under great coaches.

Herrera is a depth player, Lukaku is a donkey, Mata is slow and Sanchez sucked last year for Arsenal as well. The pieces of that team don't fit well, which I guess is on Mourinho since he was given a warchest to build a team and failed at it.

There is no way they're the 2nd most talented team on paper. Spurs, Liverpool, City and Chelsea are all clearly better IMO.

Herrera had some excellent seasons.
Lukaku banged 30 goals.
Mata was always a good EPL player.
Sanchez was briliant for years in the EPL.
Pogba was brilliant in the WC.
Most people 18 months ago would have signed Martial over Salah.

Again, coaching has a huge impact on how players perform. When all perform well, especially well over their previous standards, the coach is likely excellent.
When all players suck, especially compared to previous seasons, the coach is likely awful.

Only one I don't agree with is Lukaku. I don't think a team can play a style that suits Lukaku's abilities and be successful. They do have talent, maybe not enough to be a great team, but they have plenty of it.
