Fabinho started very well today. A contrast from the other games where he started poorly only to improve drastically as the game went on.

That’s a hard header and he got mauled. I understand why it isn’t but that should be a penalty. If a defender clatters a player as he’s shooting it would be.

I’m not sure that should have been offside. The argument is that Mane affected the playing of the first ball which is certainly legitimate

Should have counted as a goal IMO. Mane was offside when the play started but Firmino touched it towards the post (and Mane wasn't offside there).
Offside in spirit, but not per the rules book.

Mane had way too much time watching that play develop to remain in an offside position. He’s got tremendous skill but sometimes just doesn’t think the game well.

Looking at the replay, it's less of a great save than a really poor shot by VVD. He's not a striker and that showed. Hit it straight to the keeper's chest.
