These are my top 217 rankings. They are my own. I watch a lot of hockey. I read a lot(and I have certain people's opinions that I take into account), but these rankings are from my own observations. This is the order I would draft these guys in without considering need, tendencies, etc. Please feel free to comment(I may not have seen every player - and I also don't get to watch every player multiple times, so if they have a poor game when I see them, it's unlikely they'll have a high ranking). I put a pile of time into this, but I have a day job....and then some, so it's not perfect because I don't have the time of a professional scout, but I have been posting these for quite a few years now, and want to keep going for as long as I can, then one day be able to look back and rate myself as a scout.
I ran out of time making my player comments, so I will update during the draft tomorrow.
