Claimed off Waivers: PIT claims Dea

I didn't realize they could send him to the AHL. I thought picking him up meant keeping him on the NHL club, or having to then pass him through waivers again to send him down.

I believe that since they were the only team that put in a claim for him, they were allowed to assign him directly to the AHL.
