I'm curious to see what the new Ducks third would look like, if the black was replaced with our original eggplant color, and the teal was replaced with our current shade of orange.

With something along the lines of this color scheme:

If anyone feels like taking that on or doing a slightly different jersey design using the logo and colors, I'd really like to see what you can come up with. I thought it would have been a neat way for the team to mix the old with the new.

Thanks! I guess it ends up making for a pretty 'loud' look. I guess it would probably take a sweater design with less orange to pull it off, but I actually like how the two colours work together.

It’s an interesting idea, especially because it’s one of the few good color schemes that isn’t “owned” by at least one team already.

That was definitely part of the idea, I can't recall seeing that color combo in pro sports.
