Thata nd the fact that Kelly got rid of all the good African-AMerican players. He also didn't care to make any good trades when letting them go.

Jackson really only did well in Tampa when Fitzpatrick was at the helm.

I can see him easily filling the role that Torrey Smith played a couple of years ago. Possibly Mike Wallace too if he isn't under contract.
