Foerster has excellent feel in the offensive zone.

Millman will probably be on the Phantom's 1st pair next year, no rush with him.

He can play in the OHL no matter how many games he plays. Playing pro games in excess of 9 (or pro-rated 7) just burns a year off the ELC. If he is eligible to play in the OHL, he can go there at any time.

I expect they'll bring Foerster up for a few games for a look-see.
But he's 19 years old, he needs as many AHL games with lots of PT right now, not a 4th line role in the NHL.

I don’t think that exists this year given the Covid situation.
