Leafs fans love him but my god he is such a meat head. Especially when he plays us, I hope they sign him to some outrageous contract.
this is why the whole suspension system is whack. Great...they held him accountable for the hit. it still does nothing for the Bruins since they missed the call on the ice.
But as stated above the 2 games do nothing for the Bruins.
They should suspend the player against the team that he did the offense to, or against a playoff rival (Pittsburgh, Montreal), or if the playoffs are soon then at that time.
What if Toronto played Florida/Buffalo next, is that really a suspension that is worthy?
The Bruins do not benefit anything from this, not even a powerplay.
