TV: Perry Mason (HBO)

So this started three weeks ago. After 3 episodes, the Boardwalk Empire influences are apparent due to the people behind this. But this is definitely not the Perry Mason I remember from the tv movies from the early 90's. And that bugs me at times.

Quickly making my way through Season 2. Very good show. I never watched any of the original Perry Mason so I have no frame of reference, but this seems quite different.
