Usually players don't play the day after taking off the red practice jersey but who knows what Vegas protocol is?

Non-contact jersey = not cleared for contact (although player might be available/ready for practice)

Depends on training and medical staff determination as to when player is "clear" to play. (That may be their criteria for taking off no-contact/red jersey)
