In 25 years, when A.I. and robotics dominate the work force, quotas will be the least of our job worries. Most won't care because they'll be sitting on their couch and collecting UBI, while deciding who should have been hired because of gender/colour/sexual orientation will be a discussion for history/philosophy students.
