So minny didn’t keep his rights? He was only drafted 2 years ago and has been solid since. Seems odd

"The 6-foot-1, 194-pound goaltender finished the season with a 10-1-4 record, 1.24 goals-against average, .949 save percentage and five shutouts in 15 games."

"In three seasons with UMass from 2018-21, Lindberg has appeared in 49 games, going 29-9-6 with a 1.55 goals-against average, a .937 save percentage and 11 shutouts"

Nice lol

Yeah this guy is going to be DeSmith's replacement after next year unless he can't translate to the pros.

Those are downright filthy college stats. He's easily a top-5 prospect on the team in my eyes with those stats.

Free prospect is free prospect. Let's get him in the A and see how he does. There's a window to develop a guy before our two goalies drafted last year turn pro.

You really can't find any fault with this signing whatsoever. Very nice!

I love these kind of signings. If you spent a third, second, hell even a first on this guy four years ago you’d be thrilled with how he’s progressed. And we pick him up for free. That’s how we stay competitive, and that’s why we should not afraid to spend every single pick we have while Crosby and Malkin are still capable of leading this team somewhere.

Curious why Lindberg and Murray split the games so equally when Lindberg's stats are so outrageous
