Can't get partial points for the actual penalty - only the offender merrits that.

I.e. - Johson takes the penalty (1 point) but you said tripping and the penalty was a hook. 2 point are possible Offender/Penalty - but the offender must be correct.

I didn't specify this in the original guide but just made a note for the new game.
