Ahh ok. Hopefully the caps can take advantage as there seems to be flaws in about everyone as far as matchups goes. The third line has a nice combo of speed and physicality which may work in our favor seeing as orpik seems to have lost a step and Martin isn't the toughest guy in the league. The 2nd pair is Letang and though playing well a rookie. The boys in red need to show up ready for them and likely a bit of adversity from the refs.

Interesting that Despres wouldn't get a game for them. Cap casualty perhaps?

Roster space/waiver exemption casualty. Despres could be sent down to the minors without passing through waivers, as opposed to Bortuzzo. After Maata earned his way on to the team, Despres was the most sensible one to be sent down.
