Yup. This entered my thought process after the Warsofsky signing. Gaunce was my favorite player on Mississauga (him, Neuber, and Smith-Pelly). Good all-around defenseman with an edge. Leadership qualities as well.

I would sign Seymour to a one-year deal. Have to get close to the contract limit.

I think Gaunce and Warsofsky have to be the front runners to be the #7D right now. But it's crazy, the Pens defensive depth went from Erixon, McNeill, Prow and Bengtsson 2 hours ago to those 4 guys plus Warsofsky, Gaunce, Olesky and Percy.
