I thought the Pens' overall passing was looking much better. Yeah, there were sequences of chaotic puck play for both teams, but the Pens were finding each other much better tonight.

++Ricola looked poised running the power play! Firing bombs on net from the point that actually got through to the net.

After a dismal first period, I thought they played a pretty solid game. Genos line got that stinker goal back.

We almost have 4 functional lines now. I suspect that L2 will look much better now that Hornqvist looks healed and Geno seems to be coming out of his funk.. L3 has started to show some chemistry as well. This is progress.

They looked pretty rough until the goals started flowing. That first period was pretty awful.
