You guys are champs, man. It's hard to get excited about any of these guys ever becoming legitimate NHLers beyond Dumo, possibly Jarry.

Voted Marcantuoni again. Will continue to do so from this point on. He might never be much, but I'm pretty sure he'll be an NHL fourth liner someday. Which is more than I can say for the rest of the list.

I concur. I'm a big fan.

Well...as much of a fan of a potential fourth liner as you can be

I get that Pavlychev has great size, but I think he's overrated because of it

If Pavlychev goes in the top-20, yeah he's overrated.

Anthony Angello is 6'5 and 205 lbs and he's not even added to the poll yet. What makes Pavlychev the better prospect of these two bigger long-shot prospects? Must be the Russian factor that has some voting for Pav.

Mutant Russian could end up 6'8" 260+ as he's just 18, lots of time to adjust to his size yet, how old is Angello anyway?

A year older. He's got plenty of time to adjust to his size and even grow bigger too. So what's Pav have over Angello than the few inches in height? How does their skating and skills for example compare? Because for guys that big that's much more important than the slight difference in their size.

6'8 and 260+ may even be too big for NHL. How many players that size has ever played in NHL? Chara and that's it? And Chara was/is pretty damn great player and had other attributes than just his size.

Well, it did take some time for Chara to become a good player & eventually a very good one but yeah he was a NHLer right away.

With the mutant it's more or less a leap of faith as i have yet to see him actually play, looking forward to it though.

There's not a lot of info available on that guy so if anyone can chip in it'd be appreciated.

Pavlychev is the more recent pick so he has more name recognition than Angello. Personally I'm not voting for him as he's still so far away from serious competition that he's nearly impossible to project. At lower levels pure height and reach can cover a lot of weaknesses. At least Angello is entering college now, Pavlychev will play another year in the USHL.
