Glor Proud To Introduce The Pegulas To The Nation On Tuesday - Alan Pergament - Buffalo News - Monday, October 5.

New York City - The grin on the face of CBS news correspondent Jeff Glor is as wide as those of any Buffalo Bills fan going into this season as he talks about his latest “60 Minutes Sports” piece. The Kenmore native was sitting in a Manhattan restaurant last Thursday about 30 minutes after screening the feature he has done on Buffalo Bills owners Terry and Kim Pegula for 10-15 people involved in the sports program carried on pay-cable channel Showtime.

He is protecting the reaction of those watching the piece - titled "Pegulaville" - as well as the Bills offensive line hopes to protect quarterback Tyrod Taylor the rest of this season. But the constant smile throughout the 30-minute interview at an 11th Avenue restaurant gives him away. Things appeared to have gone very well.

Western New York and the nation will see the result of the 12-13 minute piece - which was unavailable for preview - for the first time at 8:00 pm ET Tuesday. It will replay several other times in October on Showtime channels and also on Showtime Anytime On Demand.

"Pegulaville" is at least the third Western New York-based story that Glor has done in his eight years at CBS. Last year, he interviewed Jim Kelly as the Bills legendary quarterback battled cancer. In 2009, he reported from here on the tragedy of Continental Flight 3407 from here.
