Pearson Winners 1970 + Earlier

There was no official Peason award before 1971, so who would have the winners been, if the Trophy had been started earlier?

It has been mentioned on these boards that Bobby Orr would have been a shoe in for the Pearson in 1970. So let's start with him.

HF Boards Pre-Pearson, Pearson Winners

1970 - Bobby Orr
1969 -
1968 -

If you know a player and a year he should have won, speak up. :)

Even though he won the Hart and the Ross that year, 1969 would probably belong to Espo, being the first player in NHL history to score 100 points (126). Though, I wasn't alive, so maybe I'm wrong.

I think Mikita wins in 1967 as well. Maybe the best season post 1950 not by Howe of the pre expanision era.
