This defense is a roller coaster, great one week then terrible the next

The rain helped.

But taking that out of it, this is what mediocre teams do. They don't consistently play well. Looking like a game where Newton will have to actually throw the ball.

What is the purpose of that rule when the lineman isn't blocking anyone downfield?

Yeah objectively the defense is awful


I do like Dugger though, he was a monster last week. They’ve been lining him up EVERYWHERE. Impressive to see a rookie be able to do that


Secondary as a whole has been incredibly underwhelming outside of JC.

Kyle Dugger makes me wanna use my years of eligibility to play some flag football at BU and be sneak my way into a 2nd round pick

If this holds we will be closer to the Texas than a playoff team and we can officially shut up about the playoffs

That must have been the first pass play they had where the receiver didn't have 5 yards of space and he still made the catch
