Matthews might be a better talent but that's not much use if he's going spend significant chunks of his career on IR. Since Kane is not made out of glass he's going to end up with the better career of the two and it won't be close.

To be fair the disappearing act is usually because he's nursing another injury..But you're absolutely right, Kane is a proven playoff performer.
