Good fight from both guys. Was shocked Panarin threw like he did to be honest.

I'd say McAvoy won the fight, but it was a fairly even bout overall.

Ill have to find the other link to the video because Jack Edwards commentary on fights is rarely accurate to the fight haha. There is always an under and over and the other person no matter how controlled the punches are wildly swinging. Bread actually was fairly accurate and even switched striking hands after hitting the helmet and visor which is legit NHL fighting technique.

McAvoy clearly landed the harder shots because he is clearly stronger but it was as close to a draw as you are going to get

That wasn't a draw. Panarin missed on almost every punch he threw. He might've landed his first punch but it was hard to tell and one of the uppercuts looked like it might've landed or it might've came up short. Panarin didn't get beat up but McAvoy definitely won the fight.

Give it Mac, but big ups to the Bread Man for holding his own against a guy who out-weighed him by 40 pounds.

Those who think its a draw are clearly blind or just dumb. McAvoy won. Wasnt a beat down, wasnt a TKO or KO but he landed more.
Ya exactly. It's not worth arguing with someone who thinks that was a draw because they clearly don't know how to judge a fight.

Yep, I just checked on drop your gloves.com and Panarin landed one punch. Good call bud.
If they think it was one punch landed they need to check their eyes. Again everyone is saying draw because the guy is extremely outmatched in size and weight and fighting experience yet they throw the same qmount of punches about and land near the same amount the only difference is that McAvoys landed a little harder. Panarin did cut him. Breads nose was because the visor not a punch.

Yes Panarin only landed a few clean and yes McAvoy landed a couple more and a couple harder. Add in the other factors its like a point spread in betting... it was McAvoy vs Panarin+3 punches basically. Thats why people say draw.

No, you need to check your eyes because he definitely only landed one punch and it was a weak one at that. Again, I'll ask you to tell me which punches landed. It was voted a clear win for McAvoy on both hockey fights.com and dropyourgloves.com by people who are obsessed with hockey fights and know a lot more about them then you. Seriously, watch the fight again and concentrate on Panarins punches to see if they land.

Saying it was a draw because Panarin is smaller is just ridiculous. No fighting at any level in any sport is judged that way and rightfully so as it makes no sense.

Yeah, I would say this was a clear win for McAvoy, but by a narrow margin.

However, Panarin earns a ton of credit for his display here.
