Padres new uniforms

I hate the color orange anywhere near brown, but brown & gold are just glorious together.


The distinctly late 70s/early 80s font is significantly better than the modern font, though.


edit: Just to add...their 90s set is behind only the brief brown & orange (no gold) era, mostly because the logo was just the most hideous thing in the world to 6 year-old me for whatever reason.

I don't mind the current Padres darkish purple, I still have the hat.

Oh yeah, if any team is ever to wear camo it's the Padres, and the blue is the least awful variant of it that I've seen.


I still can't stand camo jerseys, but at least I can understand why the Padres do it...simply put the city wouldn't be on the map without the military.

Even so, San Diego is actually a great city. My sister went to SDSU, and I loved going out to visit there.
