1. Ovechkin: 30 goals
2. Tavares/Skinner: 26 goals
3. Several players have 24 goals (MacKinnon, Pastrnak, Landeskog, Atkinson, Pavelski, Laine)
4. McDavid/Point: 23 goals

Ovechkin scores his 30th goal in his 39th game tonight and is scoring at a pace of 63 goals per 82 games (what the hell?).
Think Skinner got his 27th tonight. Ovi is just unreal at 33.

I heard Matthews is not on pace for 50.

Goal scorers tend to be streaky. What separates Ovy is he can keep this kind of pace up for a full season. It's rare to see another scorer do that, so he has to be a huge favorite right now.

Atkinson's numbers are unsustainable if Torts keeps Panarin on a line with Wennberg and DuClair
Panarin-Wennberg-DuClair line has been really good since He switched them up

Bjorkstrand is on the opposite wing and Atkinson for now, may change when Foligno returns

A small request...

Could the OP and/or any subsequent posters please include Games Played in the stat lines? It does make a difference when following the race
