In a heartbeat I would trade Srouin back to Tampa today for Sergachev. If Drouin was not French Canadian Marc Bergevin does not make this trade.

the more the years pass, the more people are going to hopefully realize that we are not in the 70's and 80's anymore
1 most francophone players do not want to play here and the other half just cannot deal with the crazy pressure they have while playing here

As for Drouin, he is just a spoiled brat

It's clear they didn't do their due diligence on Drouin before his acquisition.

The stuff about him during his time in Halifax is too easy to find out about.

Yes depp.

Zero points by Marchand. 1 assist for Bergeron, Pasternac out with injury and they still score 6 In San Jose for the win.

I think they did but just didn't care about it.
We want a contender, we look at the future, we want a Cup........that's here, some jerks in the medias only wants french players to do interviews and be somehow relevant in the locker room. But all those clowns were dead wrong about Drouin (probably why they can't defend him). They put so much pressure on this organization for that crap that it keeps hurting the team at every turn.

One day poeple might realize how this is the biggest roadblock to win the next Cup.

anyone watch SJ game last night? The bruins we're literally gifted goals. their tying goal - the high stick was a f*** up of epic proportions from NHL and officiating. Incredibly mystifying. Anytime their fans whine - and it's very, very often. I'm going to invite them to stick their keyboards up their asses and say 'san jose'

Yes and no
Early in the game it looked like they had a goal but never really reviewed it
I went to bed after the first and they were clearly dominating that game without Pastrnak!!

Must watch video. Devils are having a 90's Night. And the video posted on their Twitter is so good.

That video is super impressive, what a job they did.

The 90s computer references would have been more realistic if they had put in a few crashes in there plus a spinning hourglass and slow downloading, lol.

It all sounded authentic, except no one used the word "Joisey" in there. Strange. :sarcasm:

There's another problem. Apparently mapquest gave the right location instead of 33 miles away from it.

F Mark Stone. Can't agree more :sarcasm:

BTW that's too much for Stone. Even if they sign him it's still a lot. Debrusk is just 22 and could very well develop into a winger near as good as Stone. Then you add the 1st and Heinen and it's not a very good trade. I understand they probably want to win now with Chara retiring soon and Bergeron/Krejci getting older but still ...

Of all the upcoming ufas who would you guys hope the Habs land most? I am hoping we go after Duchene personally would be nice to have him if the price is right, grew up an Avs/Habs fan (more so Avs obviously) so you never know maybe he considers coming here and we could move Domi to the wing and have him play center when injuries occur

Chances are the habs sign no one special but a man can dream
