Habs are 2-1-2 this season against the Sens which is not exactly great.

Need to do better for the rest of the season against those teams that are out but Ottawa always seems to be a problem for the Habs. Never easy. But it's time to put some wins together...

Habs lost only 3 games in regulation since Ducharme is here, last 14 games.
Tatar has been our best point producer since then with 12 points.
Philip Danault is +12 during that stretch

Although Petry has 11 points (tied with Gallagher in 2nd place) he's also been terribly unlucky with 5 posts in the last 14 games.....Romanov is second with 3. Petry also lead the team with 6 PP points.

Kotkaniemi has 8 points in those 14 games and he's 51.2% in the faceoffs
He also lead the team with 11 takeaways....no one else has more than 5.

The powerplay is 30.3% since Ducharme is here and the PK is 78.4%

After a big win last night, and a modest two game win streak, we really should expect a good game vs the Sens....it's a team we should beat, but struggle against for some reason? Take them too lightly? They have some very good young players, but should be handled well, and take the 2 pts

Jake Allen getting this one, or Saturday's , or neither?

Look for another strong game from Phil and his bunch after they completely muzzled the Oilers' big guns.

I'm betting the next one since Price had a very light game yesterday.

Actually 2-1-2 is horrible

11 takeaways in 14 games is Bergeron levels

Time to string some Ws together. 4 points vs Ottawa and then add Toffoli and Staal... and hopefully Caufield before too long. LFG

About time we give some respect to Gallagher. Doesn't get enough of it to be honest. On pace for another 30+ goal season in a normal schedule. Guy is a warrior.

I have tons of respect for him. Nobody plays harder than him, and he takes his fitness and conditioning extremely seriously.

I don't know how he does it, to be honest. 9 years in to his career, and he still plays the game with the same urgency and desparation as a rookie trying to cement his spot in the lineup.

The Sens have a far better record against the habs and leafs relative to their overall record. Last I checked, they were 500 against those teams.

I don't expect it to be any easier this time around.
