Looks like it's time to move on from Elway too. Getting rid of Wade, questionable draft picks and failing to get rid of Joseph is just too much. I doubt Ellis will do this, but he definitely should.

Ellis is the root cause of all this. So long as he runs the show as some interim owner/president/dictator for life/whatever in Dove Valley, nothing will get better.
