Curiously, the list misses David Thomson, majority owner of the Winnipeg Jets, with an estimated net worth of 32.8 Billion, which would put him 3rd on the list.

Now Thomson rarely if ever gives interviews, and is only rarely at Jets games. He's happy to see his co-owner Mark Chipman take the public lead. But it's still an error, and a pretty big one, on this list.
