Rightfully so. They should've told the Raiders to f*** off too.

I mean, the Athletics have yet to entertain the idea enough for them to start working state officials. I wouldn't hold your breath on them staying firm if it gets to that point. Lol

Also, wasn't it Henderson city officials that were pushing Arizona on the idea of relocation and not state officials?

Won't affect me or my tax dollars...I'm finally moving out of this dungeon at the end of June.

^From the article:

“KLAS-TV reported game day parking spaces will range between $40 and $100, with the average price at $75. People with personal seat licenses will be able to reserve spots. Badain said the NFL team has 13,000 spots under its control and 22,000 are available at nearby casino-resorts.”

I thought the county having to make payments due to all the lost revenue changed that but apparently the money is still coming from the same source. After the first payment there was 57 million left in the reserve fund. Now there would be 45 million.

Clark County Again Uses Reserve Fund to Make Stadium Bond Payment

But, yes, anyone who complained about paying for the stadium had no idea what they were talking about. Prior to covid the tax collection for this was actually doing better than expected.
