Wow, I guess reality must be sinking in for you.

Planing on coming back for a few games this upcoming season?
Well, I own tickets to every game, so I hope I’ll have a shot to come down.

Otherwise, I’m hanging out in the ticket thread all season.

I know you do...which is why I asked! ;)

We should try for a HF meetup before a game if you wind up coming down. There's a decent bunch of us who have seasons. It surprised me we didn't do that for a playoff game.

Jets fan coming in peace. But I realized that pick that was traded for Marchy and Smith was traded for Mike Hoffman, which was later traded to Montreal to select Jack Gorniak.

Millennials are less interested in gambling, but Las Vegas is more popular than ever | Descrier News

As millennials start to make their way up the earnings ladder, they have become a crucial demographic group for the entertainment industry, and they generally prefer to spend their money on dinner, drinks, and dancing with friends, according to a 2016 study by the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality & Tourism at Stockton University in New Jersey.

Whilst 42 percent of those over 35 said gambling was “important” to them, that number halves for the millennial generation born between 1981 and 1996 – a change in behaviour that has already had a dramatic impact on the entertainment industry in so-called “sin cities” like Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

Paradigm shift.

Obviously a "social" event like a VGK hockey game plays right into what that generation wants to do, with friends.

CBJer coming in peace. Long question I guess and way OT. We stay at Aria about 8 times a year and are pretty familiar with the Aria - Bellagio - Cosmo - Park - NYNY bundle of casinos. We are coming there on Thursday with a few friends who are making their first trip and don't know how to gamble. Although I usually play blackjack and craps, over the years I have found a few mindless / fun / very low dollar to time spent ratio games and I am hoping someone can add to the list. Again, I am looking for more games where there is no thinking, it takes a lot of time and are cheap. (yes I know fremont street is the place to go for cheap, but we prefer the city center area. Currently my list of cheap mindless time burners (I don't care about making money - just hanging out with friends and free drinks) are:ONE: the wheel - bet on 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 40. Sit here and bet $2 on #1 and $3 on #2 and you walk away down about $20 in tips 6 hours later. TWO: roulette - and you can bet $1 on the giand slot machine looking ones and sit 2 or 3 on a giant chair. THREE: a new one but the horse racing game at Bellagio right by the guest elevators. $1 or $2 bets usually break even at some point, and you have bathrooms just 40 feet away. FOUR: video / big bubble dice craps. NYNY has a small minimum bet and just sit there betting the pass line and pray. Then as rookies want to learn a little more, you can slowly add/train them on another...another...another...another kind of craps bet.

Any other ideas?
