Does anyone who lives locally know if these guys are still in business?

I was in touch with Bob over 6 months ago about fixing a jersey that had unauthentic lettering/numbering added. I sent the jersey to him this March, and he told me it would take awhile, which I was fine with, however for the last month no one has answered their phone or their email. If I were at home I'd drive there myself, but I won't be for at least two months.

Anybody else having similar problems reaching them about jerseys or know anything I don't?
