PP2 looked better than PP1 again but both scored so we can’t complain lol

Paputsakis making a serious case to be the starter this weekend. Goes 2-0-0 with a .941 save % stopping 48/51

That was a brutal non call on the Corcoran blindside hit to McShane. Literally the definition of blindsiding. They added that rule to get rid of hits like that and to eliminate the fights that happen because of hits like that. Corcoran had a very similar hit on Akil Thomas last week in PBO too so wouldn’t be surprised to see a suspension despite no penalty called. What a 5-on-3 PK to win the game though and only gave up 1 shot

And Mitchell Brewer will be suspended for 2 games because of instigating in the last 5 minutes. The play happened with 4:59 left in the 3rd.... Literally 2 seconds too late to avoid a suspension. Brutal. He'll miss @ PBO and @ OTT

Pretty impressive to take 5/6 points from the 3-in-3 last weekend with Tomasino/Tullio combined for 1 point. And Neumann only had 2

Doubt that's going to happen again so good to see them win even when the stars are held quiet

Yes Gens needed that run (11 pts out of 14 in last 7 g) to make this weekend interesting. I agree with your earlier post that Osh has the tougher schedule, in particular the next 7 games, which will determine whether the last 4 are relevant.

1. Any idea if the shoulder is still bothering Suni?

2. Brewer returns on Sunday?

3. Who steps up in his absence? Pitt?

4. #15 has been producing last few games, which the Gens will need when Tomasino, Tully and Neuman have off nights.

Tough time for suspensions and injuries to be playing a part with a ton of tough games coming up, with most of them being on the road

5-2 PBO, Robertson

Careful anyone driving to the game. We got hit with a category 5 shit blizzard that buried the city.

Let’s see if the Gens can pull out a win in the battle for second place.

Looking for a 5-3 Gens win, Tomasino coming through with the gwg.

Safe travels for all attending the game!

Suni back playing tonight but still under the weather so on the 4th line tonight with limited minutes as he’s still not 100%

Whittaker in for suspended Brewer. McKinney out 4-6 weeks from the upper body injury

What a game from Jordan Kooy. Stopped 28/28 and 2/3 in SO. Gave the team confidence once he came in and shut it down. Not to mention a 2-on-0 stop on Liam Kirk and Akil Thomas in OT. Huge win

yea really. Going down 3-0 and especially in that rink when PBO just falls back and plays the square corners trap isn’t usually a recipe for success. If they can take 1/2 from Ottawa that’d be a great weekend
