    He currently has 25 points, tied with MacKinnon, and only below McDavid, Draisaitl, Barzal, Marner, Kane, Rantanen, and Matthews. I definitely think this is severely under the radar. Always was a big fan of Bjorkstrand, glad to see him do well.

    They haven't had a consistent C worthy of the name so they end up getting outscored, plus in attempts to get some offense going Torts frequently shuffles Bjorkstrand around. Get someone who's halfway competent at the position in a top-6 capacity on a consistent basis and we suspect they'd go gangbusters. As it is, we keep having to "ride the hot hand" at C, and that's... not helping.

    Underrated as shown by how little comments the thread has generated. Underutilized as seen by how little first unit PP time he gets because Torts deems Foligno and Jenner worthy of slots on the top PP.

    He’s the best all around forward on just about any night the Jackets play based on scoring, smart offensive pay, forechecking and board work.

    He's very good and he's one of the few guys who seems to score consistently on Columbus.

    I tend to think that he'd be a PPG player with a better supporting cast. The guy basically plays with different linemates in every single game.

    Bjorkstrand definitely needs to be utilized more on late game situations, OT and of course, 1st power-play. If given the chance, he could put the team on his back and carry it.

    The Flyers had Bjork at the top of their draft list when their pick in the 3rd rd at #72 came up.

    It was at that point that Holmgren went against that draft list. They did not have a 4th rd pick and were worried Tyrell Goulbourne would not be available when their 5th rounder came around. So instead of getting a trade done, they selected Goulbourne at #72...against scouts recommendations.

    Only player I’ve seen beat Shestyorkin clean twice in the same game. He also scored a sharp angle goal on Vasilevskiy not that long ago.

    He has one of the best shots in the league that no one knows about.
