Exactly the type of game they needed to play with how much Calgary was getting away with on McDavid all night. Still can't believe Drai didn't finish on that wide open net, he scores that 99 times out of 100.

One thing you can say about Tippet is that he's doing a fairly good job making this team shut things down at times.

I don't really see Tipp as a cup type coach, but I think you can argue he might be an awesome guy to instill a defensive foundation for a guy like Boudreau to come in and take us all the way.
