What's a new GM going to do?

Precious few assets to trade. No cap space, a pretty bare prospect cupboard. If you bring in a new GM on a intern basis and tell him he has to make the playoffs, he'll have to trade from what there is of a core and sacrifice the future.

Best move would be to leave Chia til the end of the year, see what you can sell at the deadline for space and draft picks or prospects and then make a move in the off season.

I'm pretty sure that an experienced coach like Q wouldn't have much interest in coaching that roster.
