General question here, if someone transfers me tickets from their oilers account and I accepted them into my own oilers account (oss ticketmaster), is there any way for them to scam me from that point on? This guy seems very trusting as he sent me the tickets before I have sent the money.

No once the tickets and transferred there is no recourse. The tickets can't be recalled or sold again. It will also void the game so if they try to use their oiler season ticket card, that it won't work. You have nothing to worry about.

Former Oilers season seat holder, but now living abroad the past five years. I'm coming back over Christmas for a visit and would love to take my Swiss wife to a game.

I'll be in Edmonton as of Dec 23rd and am happy to meet up to grab tickets. Bank transfer works too though!
