WHL announces relocation of Kootenay ICE to Winnipeg – WHL Network

The league has officially announced the move of the Ice to Winnipeg. Not sure how that'll affect the Central and Eastern divisions, as one Saskatchewan team would have to play in the Central to balance out both divisions at 6 teams.
