    So at this point, it's got to be the surprise of the early season, right? I don't think anybody expected them to go 5-0.

    Did I hear correctly that they are 5-0? Weren't they suppose to struggle this year?

    Is there some sort of surprise or just small sample size?

    On Wednesday, Trey Fix-Wolansky (named second star) had 2 goals (one on the PP) but the Blades cut off the Oil Kings' (5-1-0) winning streak 5-3. Wyatt McLeod had the other goal. Vladimir Alistrov had 2 assists, with Jacson Alexander and Jalen Luypen with one apiece. Dylan Myskiw (L 3-1-0) made 30 saves over 59:51. Shots were 35-35 each. PP was 1/4 (with one SHG against), PK 4/4. Saskatoon won 33 of 61 faceoffs.

    The OKs are in an interesting dilemma this year. They’re actually a pretty decent team, especially in the weaker Eastern Conference, but they’re not as good as PA or some of the better teams in the West. It’ll be interesting to see how they approach the TD.
