Had a really fun time at the game tonight.

Also, judging from my untrained ear, it sounds like the Oilers playoff horn is back. It's got that twisted de-tuned sound to it again - and I love it!

Are the OKs expected to be a playoff team this year?

The top guys are a year older and, with new coaching, there could be a chance. Fix-Wolansky should have a good year points wise. Robertson's in his draft year so we should see him show why he's considered a first round pick in June. Todd Scott got injured but, with Miskiw filling in, hopefully the goaltending will be good.

This season might be a little easier for me, as there's 4 less games in the Dub, and upwards of 6 players in the O and Q, which ends a lot earlier in the evening. They usually have their highlights up by 11 PM.

    Good start for the boys.

Hoping they can find a way into the playoffs. It would be criminal if Fix-Wolansky never sees a playoff game with all he's given this team.

Loschiavo's providing some good offence, 5 goals already. His career best in points was 57 a couple of seasons ago. Could pass that by the Christmas break. Fix-Wolansky with 9 points.
