Was just offered this trade for my Crosby

Toews + Duchene + Byfuglien + Luongo <-> Crosby + RNH + Fowler + Smith

Here's my team:

C C LW LW RW RW Util D D D D G G BN BN BN BN IR IR

C - Crosby, Spezza, Nugent-Hopkins
LW - Zetterberg (C), Benn (C), Pacioretty, B. Richards (C)
RW - Malkin (C), Giroux (C)
D - Subban, Chara, Burns (RW), Fowler
G - Quick, Crawford, Smith, Bobrovsky
IR - Gaborik (RW)

Worth noting is that I already have Malkin, and he has Ovechkin

Personally I wouldn't accept it. I didn't make any calculations but it just doesn't seem like enough.

On another note, how did you get Crosby, Malkin and Giroux in a 8 team league?

Just take a calculator and do the math. At this stage of the season it's pretty clear who's on pace for what.

never trade Crosby to the guy with Ovechkin....

that said, the trade is probably tilted in your favor for every player NOT named crosby

Drafted Crosby, Bought low on Giroux during early struggles, Bought Malkin low when he hadn't scored in like a month
